  • Operational Kickoff: Starting exactly 30 days before your wedding, this serves as the official handoff window where we take over all logistics and vendor communication so you can finally step back and enjoy the countdown.

  • Point of Contact: A seamless transition where we are the main point of contact with all your contracted creative partners, ensuring flawless coordination moving forward. We will confirm all details with them.

  • Rehearsal Coordination: Up to 1 hour of active on-site leadership. We completely manage the rehearsal: organizing the bridal party, directing altar spacing, pacing the processional, and running cues until everyone is flawless.

  • Master Timeline Architecture: The comprehensive design and creation of an extensive master wedding day schedule, distributed seamlessly to your entire wedding party and hired vendor teams to keep everyone perfectly in sync.

  • Final Details Meeting: A dedicated alignment session right before wedding week to finalize the master timeline, lock in floor plans, and review checklists before on-site operations begin.

  • Final Vendor Coordination: A centralized alignment session with your vendors to finalize load-in instructions, catering parameters, and building logistics, ensuring all on-site operations run smoothly.

  • 10 Hours of On-Site Execution: Dedicated, hands-on day-of coordination managing your entire vendor ecosystem, guest movement, and timeline events from morning setups all the way down to the grand exit.

  • Signature Event Emergency Kit: A premium, on-site emergency kit packed with critical, fast-acting solutions—including stain lifters, fashion tape, and basic remedies—to seamlessly handle any unexpected wedding day hiccups.

  • Additional Day-Of Support- $75/hour

  • Additional Coordinator- $475 (for 10 hours) - $45/hr for additional

What services do you offer?

We provide wedding coordination services with our standard services starting 45 days before wedding.

What are your payment terms?

Deposit for all of our wedding services is 50% of the total invoice cost. Final payment is due 30 days prior.

Can you assist with destination weddings?

Requests for a destination wedding will be considered on a case by case basis.

We accept credit card, ACH, or check. All credit card payments are charged a 3% surcharge (when allowed by law).
